05Concept
A void as the heart of public life.
Fictional concept — not a built commission.
The Atrium is a public room without a fixed program: a library, a gallery, a meeting place. Everything is arranged around a circular void that connects ground to sky.
The oculus draws a moving disc of light across the floor — a civic clock made of daylight.
